How We Respond
Step 1: Clarify Your Needs
We will first confirm whether you need document translation, driver’s licence translation, or tutoring support. Different needs require different information, so we will not ask you to fill in a lengthy form from the outset.
Step 2: Outline the Next Steps
For translation, we will advise on document purpose, state-specific requirements, and what to check before submission. For tutoring, we will first assess whether a one-off concept session, pre-exam review, or ongoing study arrangement would be most appropriate.
Step 3: Arrange the Service
Once the details are confirmed, we will organise the translation process, a learning assessment, or the appropriate follow-up. You are welcome to send a brief message via WhatsApp, WeChat, Telegram, or LINE — you do not need to have all your materials ready at the outset.
Payment Options
This website does not collect payment directly at this stage, and we will not ask you to pay before the service scope is confirmed. We normally confirm the scope, price, delivery method, timeline, and refund conditions by message first, then provide a suitable payment option.
Common arrangements include:
- Australian bank transfer / PayID: suitable for clients in Australia with an Australian bank account.
- PayPal Goods & Services: suitable for cross-region clients paying by Visa / Mastercard or PayPal.
- Wise Business payment link: suitable for multi-currency or overseas transfer situations.
If online card payment is added later, this page will be updated first with payment instructions, service terms, and refund rules.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is WhatsApp the fastest option?
Generally, yes. You can start by sending your document type, state, and intended purpose. For tutoring enquiries, send your course name and the topic you are stuck on.
Can I use WeChat or LINE instead?
Yes. Search Auboss888 on WeChat, @ausboss888 on Telegram, or Auboss888 on LINE. If you are unable to find the account, we recommend using WhatsApp or Email instead.
Can I send documents directly by Email?
Yes. If you have multiple documents or a more formal enquiry, Email is often the better option. Please send to Auboss888@gmail.com, and include the document purpose and your state in the message.
Can NAATI translation be guaranteed to be accepted by all institutions?
We are not in a position to make that assurance. Different state governments, schools, employers, and receiving bodies may have varying requirements. Please refer to the official requirements of the relevant institution before submitting.
Is the initial learning assessment free?
A 15-minute learning assessment is provided at no charge. Subsequent tutoring sessions are charged per session, and fees will be outlined during the initial consultation.
Can I book just a single session?
Yes. There is no requirement to purchase a package. Sessions can be arranged according to your needs, including a one-off analysis session ahead of an assessment due date.
Can the tutor mark or correct my assignments?
Marking and editing services are not provided. Tutors offer concept explanation and directional feedback, not proofreading or rewriting of your work.
Can I bring my assessment brief to a session?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your assessment brief so the tutor can help you understand what each task is asking. However, tutors do not provide model answers or any content intended for direct submission.
